No. It is hydrolysed eggshell membrane with hyaluronic acid, in a single capsule a day. There's no powder to measure or dissolve.

Is it suitable for vegetarians or people with an egg allergy?

It is not suitable for people with an egg allergy. The capsule is made of gelatine (of animal origin), so it is not vegetarian either.

How do I take it and how long does a pack last?

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water. The pack contains 60 capsules, which is 60 days of use.
