5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of all disputes or matters relating to this website or the activities carried out on it. However, if you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another Member State of the European Union, this choice shall not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I").
