How is it different from a regular omega-3?

It contains fish oil (21% omega-3, 280 mg per capsule) together with the three carotenoids and zinc, all in the same capsule.

Is it suitable for vegetarians?

No. It contains fish oil and the capsule is made of gelatine (of animal origin).
