Shipping policy

At BioActive Labs we work to ensure that you receive your orders quickly, safely and with the best possible service.

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.
The usual delivery time is 24-72 working hours in mainland Spain.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the delivery time may vary depending on the area.
For shipments to other countries of the European Union, the indicative delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
The delivery times given are indicative. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

Spain: €3 (standard shipping). Free shipping on orders of €30 or more.
European Union countries: flat rate of €8.99.
The applicable shipping costs are always shown during checkout, before you confirm your order.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation message.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a message (by e-mail and/or WhatsApp) with:
- confirmation of the shipment;
- a tracking link so that you can check the status of your order at any time.

We ship throughout Spain and to the European Union countries available at checkout.

If you receive a damaged parcel, we recommend that you report it to the carrier at the time of delivery and, in any event, let us know as soon as possible at dulasport2025@gmail.com, attaching photos of the parcel and the product.
