How is it taken and how long does the bottle last?

Take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night, with water. Can be taken with or without food.

What exactly does it contain?

This is the full composition, with no padding: calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), pullulan (vegetable capsule) and anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Does it contain allergens? Is it suitable for vegans?

The capsule is pullulan, of plant origin. Even so, check the full ingredient list if you follow a strict vegan diet or have a diagnosed allergy or intolerance.

Can I take it alongside other supplements or my medication?

Check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining it, especially if you are on any treatment. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it does not replace a varied, balanced diet.
