2. Scope
These terms govern every sale concluded on this site with a consumer or a business. The language of the contract is English.
3. Products
Food supplements and pet supplements. Food supplements are not medicines: they do not prevent, treat or cure any disease and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Every product page states the full composition and the recommended daily dose, which should not be exceeded.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding delivery. The VAT rate applied is that of the country of destination. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
5. Order and formation of the contract
Orders are placed exclusively through the site's form, 24/7. After submitting, you receive an acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of the order. The contract is formed when the goods are dispatched.
6. Payment
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay, through PCI DSS certified providers. Full card details are never stored on our servers.
7. Delivery
Delivery within the European Union: €8.99, usually 3 to 7 working days after confirmation. Orders placed after 2 pm or at the weekend are processed on the next working day. Risk passes to the consumer on taking physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
Fourteen days, as set out on the Right of withdrawal and returns page, including the exclusion for sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as transposed in your country of residence.
10. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment in full.
11. Governing law and disputes
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer is habitually resident.
