How is it taken and how long does the bottle last?

Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water. Contains caffeine: not recommended in the afternoon or for under-18s. The bottle contains 120 capsules, i.e. 60 days of use.

What exactly does it contain?

This is the full composition, with no padding: bacopa dry extract 100 mg (≥20% bacosides), guarana dry extract 90.91 mg, green tea dry extract 75 mg (≥40% L-theanine), ginkgo dry extract 60 mg (≥24% ginkgo flavones), choline bitartrate 50 mg, iron bisglycinate 35 mg, zinc citrate 16.2 mg, vitamin B3 8 mg, vitamin B5 3 mg, vitamin B6 0.7 mg, vitamin B12 1.25 µg, magnesium stearate (E-470b), gelatine capsule (animal origin). Two capsules provide 40 mg of caffeine, 14 mg of iron and 10 mg of zinc.

Look at the daily dose, not the capsule. If a serving is two capsules, the big number on the front may be only half of what you actually take. Here we state everything per serving.

Ask for the extract percentage. "Extract 200 mg" does not tell you how much active compound is inside. A standardised extract does.

Per daily serving of 2 capsules: bacopa dry extract 200 mg (≥20% bacosides), guarana dry extract 181.8 mg (≥22% caffeine), green tea dry extract 150 mg (≥40% L-theanine, ≤6% EGCG), ginkgo dry extract 120 mg (≥24% ginkgo flavone glycosides), choline bitartrate 100 mg (≥40% choline), iron bisglycinate 70 mg, zinc citrate 32.4 mg, vitamin B3 16 mg, vitamin B5 6 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg and vitamin B12 2.5 µg.

Two capsules provide 14 mg of iron (100% NRV), 10 mg of zinc (100% NRV), 60 mg of L-theanine, 40 mg of choline, 40 mg of caffeine and 100% of the NRVs for vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B12.
