What exactly does it contain?

This is the full composition, with no padding: omega-3 21% 280 mg, calendula dry extract 50 mg, vitamin C 40 mg, vitamin E 6 mg, beta-carotene (vitamin A) 2.4 mg, zinc citrate 16.18 mg, copper gluconate 3.65 mg, magnesium stearate (E-470b) as anti-caking agent, gelatine capsule (animal origin). Two capsules provide 800 µg of vitamin A, 12 mg of vitamin E, 10 mg of zinc and 1 mg of copper. Contains fish.

Does it contain allergens? Is it suitable for vegans?

The capsule is gelatine, of animal origin, so the product is not suitable for vegans. Check the full ingredient list if you have a diagnosed allergy or intolerance.
